What shipping method is used for my supplements?

Orders are shipped by regular USPS. If requested, we can also send you the tracking number as well. Our office ships within 1 business day of payment received from your online order unless stated otherwise. This excludes holidays and weekends. The clinic is not responsible for issues with shipping as long as the products are sent to the address provided by the patient in their intake paperwork. If the patient's address changes, it is the responsibility of the patient to notify our office of this change. The patient is responsible to make arrangements with the delivery services if there is an issue with the package, this includes lost or stolen packages as well.

What is St Jean Wellness return policy?

Pre Approval is required on all returns via the Return Request Form. Refunds for supplements may be returned with a 15% restocking fee of the purchase price for store credit once products are returned. All supplement returns must be requested within 15 days of the invoice date and returned no later than 1 week after the return window of 15 days. Opened supplements, refrigerated supplements or special orders cannot be refunded. All ingredients can be found within the product listing on our online shop. It is the patient’s responsibility to make sure there are no specific allergens in the supplements before they are shipped. The best time to address this is during the follow-up consults. If products are sent and allergies are found after the fact, the above return policy applies.

What is the fastest way to place an order after I’ve become a patient?

Once you are a patient, the most efficient way to order supplements, products and/or test kits is via our online store. You will receive a password from our office via email in order to gain access to our online store. Once we receive your paid order, we ship out the next business day.

Can I cancel or change an online order?

We always provide a window to change and/or cancel your order. You can change your order on the day it was placed until 11:59pm EST. If we do not see a cancel or change request via the PracticeBetter messenger feature before this time, your order will be shipped the next morning at 6:00am EST. The exception to this rule is for orders placed on Friday’s, in which you have until Sunday at 11:59pm EST to change and/or cancel your order.

Do you ship overseas or internationally?

Unfortunately we do not offer international shipments at this time. Dr St Jean however will create a program for you and would then suggest you purchase all recommended supplements/products directly off his Amazon storefront from the respective certified Wholesaler(s). These wholesaling companies will mark up their products 100% or more and Dr. St Jean has no control over their pricing. However, you will avoid potential fees, import duties, taxes, delivery delays and/or orders being returned to us that occur often with international shipping.
